A senior manager serves as the Client Advocate, which simply means the client is always present in the agency. The Client Advocate asks the hard questions of the team so the client never has to ask: "Am I excited about this effort? Are the results more than I expected? Am I enjoying the working relationship?" As the Client Advocate, the senior manager ensures the client receives timely information flow, on-target results, quality product and penny-pinching budget management.
