The agency is represented by two teams: The Energy Team and The Consumer/General Business Team. A client team comprises seasoned professionals led by a senior team leader so the client can rely on the team for real-world experience, whether seeking advice, excellent writing on a tight deadline, knowledge of and relationships with targeted media, or prudent budget management.

A senior manager serves as the Client Advocate, which simply means the client is always present in the agency. The Client Advocate asks the hard questions of the team so the client never has to: "Am I excited about this effort? Are the results more than I expected? Am I enjoying the working relationship?" As the Client Advocate, the senior manager ensures the client is getting timely information flow, on-target results, quality product and penny-pinching budget oversight.
