Carriage Services, a leading provider of professional funeral and cemetery services and products in the United States, engaged Ward to develop a brochure for the Corporate Development Team. The team wanted to develop an engaging lead-generation tool to attract independent funeral home owners who were ready to discuss selling their business and/or planning for their future. Ward's strategy was to use peers, other independent funeral home owners who had already become a part of the Carriage family, to talk about their personal experiences. Along with the brochure, new testimonial videos and testimonial banners were completed.
The client reported the brochure was very well received and did generate new business leads for their pipeline.
