Around here we have a saying that "It’s only work if you’d rather be doing something else, and if you would, you should!" A common trait among every WCCer is our passion for what we do. Building relationships, writing, placing stories and the like are expressions of who we are. We get excited about every success that forwards our client’s progress toward their public relations goals. Ours is not an easy business, so we do it because we love it.

But while our work is an important part of our lives, it is not our life completely, and our company policies and culture reflect that reality. Some companies tout their workplace as a family. At Ward, we believe our family is our family, and no other group can ever come close. We also believe that our team at the office holds a unique bond. We rely on each other as if our livelihoods depend on it, because they do. That’s why not everyone will be a WCC candidate.
